We are reopening on Saturday, 15 February 2025.
Roganic is returning with a stunning, sustainability-focused new look and an innovative approach to modern dining.
Evolution is at the heart of everything we do. Our farm-to-table, city-inspired dining experience reimagines the traditional tasting menu, emphasising flexibility, fun, and the joy of sharing exceptional food.
We can’t wait to welcome you back.
About Roganic
For me, Roganic has always been about evolution. Since our first iteration—a pop-up in Marylebone in 2011—Roganic has continually evolved, leading the way in modern dining. Now, after five years in Hong Kong, I am very excited to reintroduce Roganic to our guests in this beautiful city, and in our wonderful new home at Lee Gardens.
Alongside a fully sustainable interior design approach, we are proud to present an exciting new menu format, featuring dishes and a service style that have been carefully thought through to reflect the new approach we are taking. Yes, our new restaurant moves away from the traditional tasting menu and instead, we invite you to explore a more flexible dining experience by selecting dishes from our sharing main course section, offering greater choice in your journey, timing, and price.
With best wishes,
Simon Rogan,
MBE Chef/Owner
The Menu
In line with Simon Rogan’s vision for our new restaurant, we have taken a step away from the traditional tasting menu. Instead, we offer you the flexibility to select dishes from the sharing main course section of a set menu, allowing you to determine the length and flow of your meal.
This new format reflects global dining trends, providing a more approachable experience with sharing dishes that offer greater choice. For those who prefer a more traditional approach, we are here to help craft a menu for the table, while maintaining the fun and interactive service style we are known for.
It goes without saying that this evolution builds on Roganic’s long-standing commitment to sourcing premium ingredients from a local network of organic farms. By prioritising quality, seasonality, and regenerative farming practices, we ensure every dish meets the highest standards of sustainability.
